2011 CSA Member Contract

The CSA is a commitment between the farm and shareholder. The farms involved are committed to providing the highest quality food they can to the shareholder in a consistent manner. The shareholder realizes that natural conditions of weather may influence the availability of some crops in any given year. The shareholder agrees to make all payments on time and to consistently pick up the weekly share. The shareholder also agrees to fulfill volunteer obligations.

We will do everything possible to provide a weekly container of fresh, nutritious, healthful, chemical-free foods to all share holders.

Your commitment to us, is that you will arrive at scheduled delivery or pick-up points on time. This is to insure freshness and nutrional content of the vegetables, which are often harvested the day of delivery. Should you have to miss a pick-up, we cannot guarantee the availability or freshness of make-up containers, which you will have to schedule to pick up at the farm. If you give us at least a week's notice before a missed delivery, we can make alternate arrangements, so you can pick up your container at the farm. "Since we're in the midst of doubling our garden space and plan to offer much more than we were able to this year with the limits of space and weather, share pricing is yet to be determined for the CSA shares - check back soon for pricing".

Eggs share: $3.00/dozen - payable each week, or and additional $60 for the 20 weeks of the CSA.
Honey Share: 1 lb. container = $6.00 (other sizes available) payable weekly ONLY AS AVAILABLE.

*** Drop off locations have yet to be determined We will update the CSA Information page and this form if and when delivery options/locations are added. This option will be driven by demand for a particular area. There will be a $70 charge for this, since we would have to drop-off once a week for the entire growing season.
