<p>Here is a quote from the brief:</p>
<p><em><strong>&#8220;Plaintiffs&#8217;  assertion of a &#8216;fundamental right to their own  bodily and physical health,  which includes what foods they do and do  not choose to consume for themselves  and their families&#8217; is similarly  unavailing because plaintiffs do not have a  fundamental right to obtain  any food they wish.&#8221;</strong></em> [p. 26]</p>
<p>They stated this in briefs presented in the lawsuit filed by the  Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund ( A nonprofit that works in a  similar fashion as the Home School Legal Defense Association, except the  strive to protect small farmers and all consumers that choose to buy  local, fresh foods, including raw milk).</p>
<p>I cannot believe that the government can actually override the Constitution, and say that this blatant stripping of our rights is NOT unconstitutional!!!</p>
<p>Somebody wake me up from this nightmare! Are we living in an Eastern block country that is still trapped behind the iron curtain???</p>
